CHAPTER POSITIONS & GENERAL DUTIES
Musical Director - Helps select the repertoire, teaches and leads the chorus, and provides vocal improvement for all members.
President - Official head and representative of Chapter; chairs Board of Directors and membership meetings; delegate to District house of delegates. A 2 year term.
Executive VP - President-in-training for above position for the current 2 year term.
VP of Music - Chairs Music Committee and manages repertoire; works with Chorus Director to plan chapter meetings, posts weekly rehearsal agendas, and Call Sheets.
Immediate Past President - Provides perspective from past experience.
Secretary - Maintains Chapter documents; writes and distributes meeting agenda and minutes.
VP of Membership - Chairs Membership Committee; oversees membership recruitment and retention.
VP of Marketing and Public Relations - Procures singouts and chapter activities; handles requests for chorus and quartet performances; Singing Valentines; Community Outreach; Guest nights; PR and Chapter publicity with all media.
Board Member at Large - Represents the views of Membership to the Board of Directors.
